We are proud to share that we have restructured our tumbling levels to better accommodate the needs and goals of our dancers! See below for guidance and class descriptions when registering.
TUMBLING TOTS
RECITAL BASED CLASS
Looking for your little one to get their wiggles out? Tumbling Tots is an introductory class for young children that focuses on developing fundamental motor skills through basic tumbling, movement activities, and play. Participants will explore rolling, jumping, balancing, and coordination while building confidence, listening skills, and body awareness in a fun, structured setting.
Recommended Ages : 2 - 3 Years
INTRO TO TUMBLING
RECITAL BASED CLASS
Intro to Tumbling is a beginner-level class designed to teach the fundamentals of tumbling in a safe and supportive environment. Athletes will learn basic skills such as forward and backward rolls, bridges/backbends, cartwheels, handstands, and proper technique while building strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Recommended Ages : 4 - 5 Years
FUNDAMENTALS OF TUMBLING
RECITAL BASED CLASS
Fundamentals of Tumbling focuses on building a strong technical foundation for athletes of all levels. This class emphasizes proper form, body control, and skill progression through drills and technique-based training. Athletes will work on core skills such as front/back limbers, front/backwalkovers, cartwheels, round-offs and connecting skills while developing strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Recommended Ages : 6+ years
Aerials is designed for athletes looking to master the technique and mechanics of front and side aerials. Emphasis is placed on strength, flexibility, timing, and proper body positioning. Through targeted drills and progressions, athletes will develop the control and confidence needed to successfully execute aerial skills. Once a side or front aerial is mastered dancers will continue to progress to additional progressions and variations of this skill.
AERIALS
MINI/YOUTH & JR/SR CLASSES AVAILABLE
Handspring and Tuck’s focuses on developing the strength, technique, and body control needed to perform a strong and consistent back handspring and/or backtuck. Athletes will work through progressions, spotting, and drills while improving flexibility and overall tumbling form. They will continue to build onto these skills with different variations or combinations with power skills before or after.
