TRANSFER REQUESTS FOR 26/27 SEASON

Please submit the form below if you have a transfer request for the 2026/2027 Season. Transfer requests are reviewed on FRIDAY each week. You will receive a confirmation email that your transfer request was received, and then you will hear back after the following Friday. Not all transfers will be approved for various reasons and is at the discretion of DWR staff.

Each form should only include ONE transfer request. Even if classes are same day of week, a separate form must be submitted for each individual transfer.

Competition families - please be aware of the $40 reschedule fee for class transfers effective 9/15.
