Dancin' with Roxie classes run nine months a year and some classes are held during the summer. You are responsible for all of the fees for all of the classes you register for. If the dancer chooses to add/drop a class or not continue as a Dancin' with Roxie dancer, an add/drop class form must be filled out with a parent's signature. Your account will be charged until the form is filled out. You will be responsible for all fees on your account until the add/drop form is completed. Tuition payments are due the 1st of the month. All accounts 30 days overdue will be charged a $10.00 late fee for every month over due. There will be a $25.00 fee assessed on all returned checks. Each class will have at least one costume. Costume fees will be charged in nine monthly payments. Costume payments are due the 1st of the Month along with the tuition payments. Discounts will be given to students who take multiple classes.
There will be a $100.00 maximum for class tuition per dancer per month (excluding private lessons). Payment options (choose one of the following options)
Forms will be available for the Automatic MasterCard/Visa Monthly Payment and Monthly Automatic Withdrawal options at registration or the first week of class. Payment will be taken on the first day of the month. If you have problems paying your account, due to job loss or illness, please contact Miss Roxanna (studio director) to discuss payment arrangements. We will be happy to work with you regarding your payment options. Payment for shoes and merchandise is due when it is ordered, not after it comes in. No refunds will be given for classes or costumes without extreme circumstances. Any additional equipment will not be ordered until your account is paid in full. When signing the registration form you agree to adhere to and follow all of the studio policies. |
